Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components. Throughout the day, there is a focus on continuous improvement and adapting to evolving project needs while ensuring high performance and reliability of the software delivered.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Maintain and improve existing software components to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
- Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and integration with enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in customizing and extending SAP EWM functionalities to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within SAP EWM environments.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and agile practices.
- Competence in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
