Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a well-presented, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our art gallery. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, a friendly approach to customer service, and the ability to understand customer preferences and follow up professionally to convert enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors warmly and provide a pleasant experience at the art gallery.
• Understand customers’ interests, preferences, budget, and artwork requirements.
• Explain the features, styles, pricing, and other relevant details of paintings, sculptures, and other artworks.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable artworks for their homes, offices, gifts, and commercial spaces.

Customer Communication

• Communicate confidently and professionally in English with customers.
• Explain artwork details clearly and answer customer queries.
• Build good relationships with customers through courteous and attentive service.
• Handle customer enquiries over phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

Customer Follow-up and Relationship Management

• Follow up regularly with customers who have shown interest in specific artworks.
• Share artwork photographs, prices, and relevant details with prospective buyers.
• Keep track of customer requirements, preferences, budgets, and purchase timelines.
• Maintain a record of enquiries and follow-ups to ensure that no potential customer is missed.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.

Sales and Business Development

• Work towards achieving sales targets and converting enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Follow up on quotations, customer requests, and pending purchase decisions.
• Identify opportunities to generate new enquiries and develop repeat business.
• Coordinate with the gallery team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Gallery Management Support

• Maintain a neat and presentable gallery environment.
• Ensure artwork prices, labels, and product information are properly displayed.
• Coordinate with the team regarding artwork availability, customer orders, deliveries, and special requests.
• Maintain accurate customer enquiry and sales records.
