KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Customer Relationship Officer – Key in Business, loan, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service and relationship-management experience.
- Ability to understand customer needs and resolve complaints effectively.
- Good sales and negotiation skills..
- Professional attitude, patience, and problem-solving ability.
- Good follow-up and time-management skills.
- Relevant industry knowledge (banking, loan, retail, etc.) is an advantage.
