• 💼 Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain company services and provide relevant information to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and handle their queries professionally.
• Follow up with leads and interested customers regularly.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Coordinate with the sales team and support them in converting leads.
• Update customer details and follow-up information accurately.
• Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.
• Handle customer concerns and coordinate for timely resolution.
• 👤 Candidate ProfileMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree
• Age: 20 to 40 years
• Both Male & Female candidates can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Positive attitude with good convincing and follow-up skills.

• Candidates with telecalling, customer service, or sales experience will have an added advantage.
