Job Description
- Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable clothes, styles, sizes, colours, and products.
- Explain product features, prices, offers, discounts, and ongoing promotions.
- Build a good relationship with new and existing customers.
- Maintain customer details and purchase history in the CRM/customer database.
- Follow up with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, or other approved channels.
- Inform regular customers about new arrivals, offers, seasonal collections, and special events.
- Handle customer questions, complaints, exchanges, and service issues professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales and store team to resolve customer concerns quickly.
- Collect customer feedback and share important feedback with the store manager.
- Encourage repeat purchases and customer referrals.
- Support customer loyalty/membership programs.
- Maintain professional communication and a positive attitude at all times.
- Ensure customers receive a smooth experience from entry to purchase and after-sales service.
- Achieve assigned customer-service, repeat-customer, and sales-support targets
