*Job Description: Logistics Coordinator (Male WFO)*

* Tracking and Updating Accurate Plight Information On the System.

* Coordinate with Clients to Get Loads On Time by Negotiating for The Best Rates

* Coordinate with Truckers to Connect the Load

* Follow-Up for Loading And Unloading Vehicles On-Time With The Warehouse Supervisors                                         

*Required Experience, Skills And Qualifications*

1. Hindi is mandatory and other local languages required.

 2. Age limit from 18 to 29.

 3. WFO Only for male 

 4. Good in communication.

💰 Incentive Structure:

⚠️ No Fixed Salary – This is a PURELY Incentive-Based role.

• After completing training + achieving the first target: ₹10,000 confirmation incentive

• After that, incentives are based on the number of targets completed

• Average incentive: ₹3,000 per target

• Your earnings will depend on your successful target achievements.
