Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesContact customers and remind them about upcoming due dates and payment deadlines.
- Clearly communicate due-date information and follow up with customers.
- Maintain proper records of customer calls and follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries professionally and politely.
- Ensure timely follow-up and provide a good customer experience.
- Requirements Telugu speaking is mandatory/preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/computer applications.
- Customer-friendly attitude and willingness to make regular follow-up calls.
- Freshers with good Telugu communication skills can also be considered.
