Customer Support Executive

Job Roles & Responsiblities:

• Handle and resolve client queries and technical issues related to Tally across various locations pan India.
• Provide timely technical support to clients and address issues through calls, tickets, and other communication channels.
• Manage and maintain records of calls handled, tickets received, tickets resolved, and pending issues.
• Regularly update Vtiger CRM with details of client interactions, work completed, issues identified, and resolutions provided.
• Monitor and follow up on open tickets to ensure timely closure and effective resolution.
• Assign appropriate Tally Partners to various dealers of the client based on requirements and location.
• Coordinate with Tally Partners and dealers to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of client requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to client support activities, ticket status, and partner assignments.

Requirements:

• Any Graduate/ Post Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support.
• Hindi is mandatory
• Candidates with Customer Support experience in any industry are eligible.
• Basic knowledge of Tally is required.
• Good communication skills are essential.
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English are preferred.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
