Job Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Communicate with customers in Telugu / Malayalam / Kannada and English.
  • Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Explain products, services, offers, and processes clearly to customers.
  • Follow up with customers when required and maintain proper call records.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
  • Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly approach during every interaction.
  • Achieve assigned call, customer service, and performance targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer information and update the CRM/system.
  • Follow company policies, quality standards, and call-handling procedures.
