Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and/or outbound customer calls in Kannada.
  • Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Communicate professionally in Kannada and basic English.
  • Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
  • Follow company procedures and meet call quality and productivity targets.
  • Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team.
  • Skills RequiredFluency in spoken Kannada is mandatory.
  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Good listening and customer-handling skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
