Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Input Information: internal databases from paper or digital source files.
  • Verify Accuracy: Compare entries against original documents, spot mistakes, and fix errors or missing details.
  • Organize Records: Sort physical and electronic files, perform routine data backups, and generate basic operational reports.
  • Maintain Confidentiality: Follow strict security protocols to protect sensitive customer, financial, or patient data.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Typing & Speed: Fast, consistent typing speed (often measured in words per minute or WPM) with high accuracy rates.
  • Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, word processors, and database systems.
  • Attention to Detail: High concentration to avoid costly entry errors in large volumes of information.
