Delivery Boy / Delivery Executive – FirstCryCompany: FirstCry
Role: Delivery Boy / Delivery Executive
Industry: E-commerce / Retail / Baby & Kids Products
Location: Guindy Chennai
Salary: depends on Interview + Incentives
Experience: Freshers & Experienced both can apply
- Job ResponsibilitiesDeliver FirstCry orders to customers on time.
- Pick up parcels from the warehouse/store and deliver to the given addresses.
- Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments when required.
- Handle parcels safely and ensure timely delivery.
- Update delivery status through the mobile app.
- Coordinate with customers regarding delivery timing and location.
- Maintain proper records of delivered and undelivered orders.
- Return undelivered/returned parcels to the warehouse.
- RequirementsMinimum 10th/12th pass.
- Valid 2-wheeler driving licence.
- Own bike/scooter preferred.
- Android smartphone required.
- Good knowledge of local areas and routes.
- Basic communication skills.
- Ability to work in the field.
