Job SummaryWe are looking for motivated, responsible, and customer-focused Bike Delivery Executives to join our delivery partner network. The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering orders safely and on time, maintaining professional customer interactions, and ensuring a smooth delivery experience.

Candidates who own a two-wheeler or are eligible to work with a company-supported vehicle arrangement, possess a valid driving licence, and are familiar with local routes are encouraged to apply.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPick up and deliver orders to customers within the assigned delivery timelines.
• Follow the delivery instructions and routes provided through the mobile application.
• Handle packages carefully and ensure safe, accurate, and timely deliveries.
• Maintain polite and professional communication with customers.
• Update order status, delivery confirmations, and payment details accurately in the app.
• Follow traffic rules, road safety guidelines, and company delivery policies.
• Maintain the assigned vehicle in good working condition.
• Coordinate with the delivery support team in case of delays, address issues, or other challenges.
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum age as per applicable platform requirements.
• Valid two-wheeler driving licence.
• Two-wheeler with valid vehicle documents, wherever required.
• Android smartphone with an active internet connection.
• Basic understanding of local routes and navigation applications.
• Ability to communicate politely with customers.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Must be punctual, reliable, and willing to complete assigned deliveries.
