Job Description

  • POS & Store Hardware Maintenance: Install, configure, and troubleshoot point-of-sale (POS) billing terminals, desktops, barcode scanners, and receipt printers.
  • Software & OS Support: Install and update operating systems (Windows), billing software, anti-virus programs, and Microsoft Office.
  • Local Network Troubleshooting: Manage basic LAN connectivity, configure IP addresses, and fix local router or switch issues to keep billing systems online.
  • User & Credential Management: Assist store staff with password resets, login failures, domain access, and configuring official emails (Outlook).
  • IT Asset Tracking: Maintain a daily inventory sheet of all operational and spare IT hardware (monitors, CPUs, peripherals) across the mall branch.
  • Ticketing & Escalation: Log technical issues via internal ticketing platforms, perform first-level troubleshooting, and escalate complex network or server problems to central IT teams.
