Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary

BBT – Blueball Technologies is looking for a creative, performance-driven, and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence and generate quality leads for our IT training programs.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, content marketing, SEO, lead generation, and digital analytics.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute result-oriented digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and implement digital strategies to generate high-quality leads for BBT’s IT training programs.
• Conduct market research to understand student requirements, competitor activities, industry trends, and audience behavior.
• Create engaging and informative content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, websites, blogs, and WhatsApp campaigns.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns based on campaign performance and lead quality.
• Monitor campaign budgets, CPL, CTR, conversions, and other important marketing metrics.
• Develop creative marketing concepts, campaign ideas, reels, posters, videos, and promotional content in coordination with the creative team.
• Support BBT’s SEO and local search marketing activities to improve online visibility.
• Monitor website traffic, social media performance, campaign analytics, and lead-generation results.
• Prepare regular digital marketing performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Work closely with the Counselling, Sales, Training, and Management teams to align marketing campaigns with admission objectives.
• Track leads generated from different marketing channels and coordinate with the counselling team for effective follow-up.
• Continuously test and improve ad creatives, audiences, keywords, landing pages, and campaign strategies.

• Eligibility

• Any UG / PG degree.
• Freshers and candidates with 0–3 years of experience can apply.
• Candidates with practical knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms are preferred.
• Strong communication, creativity, analytical thinking, and willingness to learn.
• Experience in education, IT training, EdTech, or lead-generation campaigns will be an advantage.
