Job SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to support digital marketing activities, online lead management, customer enquiries, business listings and lead conversion.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support digital marketing activities and campaigns.
• Handle leads from Google Ads, Meta/Facebook/Instagram, website and other digital platforms.
• Attend incoming customer enquiries and understand requirements professionally.
• Provide basic information about company services/projects and coordinate qualified leads with the concerned team.
• Follow up on genuine enquiries and maintain proper lead records.
• Assist in improving digital lead conversion.
• Support Google Business Profile, business listings and online visibility.
• Coordinate project/service photos, updates and content on online platforms.
• Support social media, promotional and other digital marketing activities.
• Coordinate with designers, marketing team and management.
• Monitor lead sources and identify better-quality enquiries.
• Participate in new digital marketing initiatives.
• Candidate RequirementsDigital Marketing Course / Certification or basic digital marketing knowledge.

Important Role ClarificationThis is a Digital Marketing Executive role, not a Telecaller position.

No cold calling or dedicated telecalling is required. Calling will mainly involve:

• Responding to incoming enquiries
• Handling digital campaign leads
• Understanding customer requirements
• Providing initial information
• Following up on genuine enquiries
• Coordinating qualified leads with the Sales/Project Team

The primary focus will remain on Digital Marketing, Lead Coordination, Online Visibility and Marketing Activities.
