Experience: Minimum 1 year (Sales / Counselling / Customer Support)

• Job Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls from students and parents regarding courses
• Make outbound follow-up calls to enquiries and prospective students
• Explain course details, academy information, and fee structure clearly
• Counsel students and parents and guide them through the admission process
• Convert enquiries into admissions through effective follow-up
• Maintain enquiry, call, and admission records
• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth enrollment
• Key Skills Required:
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls
• Sales and counselling mindset
• Fluency in Tamil; basic English communication required
• Target-oriented and professional attitude
