Job Description

Job Summary

The Electrical Wiring Technician is responsible for electrical wiring, panel assembly, machine wiring, cable routing, testing, and troubleshooting of Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), automation systems, and industrial equipment. The technician ensures that all electrical work is completed safely, accurately, and according to electrical drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Panel Wiring Assemble and wire electrical control panels according to electrical schematics.
  • Mount electrical components such as PLCs, relays, contactors, MCBs, SMPS, VFDs, servo drives, terminal blocks, and switches.
  • Perform ferruling, crimping, cable dressing, and wire labelling.
  • Electrical Assembly Install electrical components on machine frames.
  • Mount junction boxes, operator panels, control boxes, and cable ducts.
  • Install limit switches, proximity sensors, photoelectric sensors, and safety interlocks.
