Job Description
- Prepare project plans, schedules, BOQs, material requirements, and resource estimates.
- Review electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, layouts, cable schedules, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate electrical installation activities at project sites.
- Supervise contractors, subcontractors, technicians, and electricians.
- Ensure electrical works comply with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate procurement of electrical equipment and materials.
- Review technical submittals, material approvals, datasheets, and vendor documentation.
- Monitor project progress, identify delays/issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct inspections, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Coordinate with civil, mechanical, HVAC, fire & safety, and other project teams.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports and project documentation.
- Attend client/consultant meetings and resolve technical/site-related issues.
- Verify quantities, measurements, invoices, and contractor work completion.
- Maintain project records, as-built drawings, test reports, and handover documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable electrical standards and statutory requirements.
- Follow and enforce company HSE policies and site safety procedures.
