Facility Executive Cum Workplace Supervisor

We are looking for a Facility Executive cum Workplace Supervisor to manage and supervise the smooth functioning of our fully managed workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily facility and workplace operations
• Supervise housekeeping and security
• Conduct regular facility rounds
• Coordinate with vendors, technicians and internal teams
• Handle basic electrical, plumbing, UPS, HVAC, DG and fire-safety-related issues
• Raise and follow up on maintenance requests
• Maintain facility complaints, maintenance and inventory records
• Prepare basic reports using MS Excel
• Ensure proper shift handover
• Support front desk and client requirements when required
• Handle operational issues during rotational/night shifts

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of facility management
• Understanding of electrical, plumbing, UPS, HVAC and building services
• Good communication and vendor coordination skills
• Basic computer/MS Excel knowledge
• Good problem-solving and follow-up skills
• Ability to supervise housekeeping and security teams
• Comfortable working in rotational and night shifts
• English + Hindi + Tamil/local language
