We are looking for a talented, experienced, and dedicated professional to join our team and take responsibility for Factory Production Management & Supervision.
Position: Factory Production Supervisor / Production Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and monitor day-to-day factory production operations.
- Manage production planning, workforce coordination, and supervision.
- Ensure production efficiency, quality control, and timely completion of orders.
- Maintain smooth factory operations and improve overall productivity.
Candidate Preference:
- Candidates proficient in Hindi or Rajasthani are preferred.
- Experience in corrugated box manufacturing or related industries will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and production management skills.
