Job Description

Field Collection Executive – Banking Process!!

We are looking for a responsible and target-oriented Field Collection Executive to handle customer visits and payment collection for our banking process.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit customers at their registered locations for payment follow-up.
  • Collect outstanding loan/EMI payments professionally.
  • Maintain accurate collection and customer records.
  • Follow up on pending payments and payment commitments.
  • Handle customer queries and communicate professionally.
  • Achieve assigned collection targets.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Customer handling and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel for field work.
  • Basic smartphone/app knowledge.
  • Previous collection experience is an advantage.
