Job Description
- Visit customers at their registered/residential/business locations for payment collection.
- Follow up with customers regarding overdue EMIs and outstanding payments.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Explain outstanding dues and payment options professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, payments, and follow-ups.
- Submit daily collection and field visit reports to the reporting manager.
- Handle customer queries and difficult cases professionally.
- Follow company collection policies and applicable guidelines
