HIRING: Field Mobilization Executive / Village Mobilizer (Rural & Semi-Urban)

Role Overview:

We are looking for hardworking Field Mobilizers to visit villages, meet local families/parents, and recruit young women for guaranteed factory and manufacturing jobs with safe hostel facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Village Visits: Travel to assigned villages, Gram Panchayats, and local centers.

• Parent & Family Counseling: Speak to parents in the local dialect to explain job benefits, safe hostel accommodation, fooding, and security.

• Document Collection: Collect candidate Aadhaar cards, bank details, and basic documents.

• Candidate Escort: Help organize local travel and guide candidate groups to the onboarding centers.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate.

• Experience: 0 to 3 years experience in Field Work, Microfinance (MFI), Door-to-Door Survey, DDU-GKY, or Local Sales.

• Bike & Phone: Must have a Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with DL and an Android Smartphone.

• Local Language: Excellent fluency in local regional language/dialect.

• Field Readiness: Willingness to travel 30-40 km daily in rural/semi-urban areas.

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed In-Hand Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month.

• Daily Travel/Fuel Allowance extra.

• High Performance Incentives: Extra earnings per candidate deployed.
