Roles & Responsibilities

1. Field Sales & Lead Generation

Identify and approach new customers

Generate leads and convert them into business without affecting Margin

Achieve assigned sales task

2. Market Visits & Relationship Building

Visit shops, sites, and clients regularly

Build strong relationships with customers

Maintain regular follow-ups and customer engagement

3. Product Promotion

Explain product features and benefits clearly

Promote company products and schemes

Planning Promotional Events

Update price list daily basis

Create awareness about new products in the market

4. Reporting & Updates

Submit daily visit reports and activity updates to the Reporting manager

Share Market feedback and Competitor Information and their Activity

Update customer database and follow-up status

5. Collection & Coordination

Follow up for pending payments and collections

Coordinate with Sales and accounts team

Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction

Required Skills

Act as a Brand Ambassador to the company.

Strong communication skills (Tamil & basic English)

Sales and negotiation skills

Ability to convince and close deals

Time management and discipline

Willingness to travel

Basic mobile/app reporting knowledge
