Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify potential clients across Chennai
• Generate qualified business opportunities
• Prospect through field visits, referrals, networking, and cold outreach
• Schedule meetings with decision-makers

Client Meetings

• Meet business owners, doctors, hospital administrators, founders, and management teams
• Understand business challenges and growth requirements
• Present STYL's services and solutions

Relationship Building

• Build long-term professional relationships
• Maintain regular follow-ups
• Create referral opportunities

Sales Performance

• Achieve monthly activity and revenue targets
• Maintain daily reporting and CRM updates
• Coordinate with the internal strategy and operations team

What We Expect

Mandatory

✔ Own Two-Wheeler

✔ Valid Driving License

✔ Willingness to travel extensively within Chennai

✔ Tamil Communication Skills

✔ Basic English Communication

✔ Strong interpersonal skills
