Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and local networking.
- Visit residential customers and understand their solar requirements.
- Explain rooftop solar solutions, product benefits, savings and available schemes/subsidies.
- Conduct customer meetings and deliver effective product presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Coordinate with the technical team for site visits and quotations.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain regular records of leads, customer meetings, and follow-ups.
- Build strong relationships with customers and generate referrals.
- Coordinate with internal teams throughout the sales and installation process.
- Manage the assigned territory and ensure adequate market coverage
