About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support daily business operations, coordinate with internal teams, manage documentation, track project progress, and ensure smooth execution of client deliverables.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate day-to-day operational activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and execution status across teams.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Client Servicing, Vendors, and field teams.
• Maintain operational reports, trackers, databases, and documentation.
• Follow up with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist in resource planning, vendor coordination, and execution logistics for branding and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor task completion, identify operational bottlenecks, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and client requirements.
• Support management with administrative and operational tasks as required.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, project support, or administration.
• Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
