Job Description

Seller Business Development Associate (BDA)Company: NoBroker.com

Location:Chrompet, Varthur, Hosa Road, HBR Layout, Horamavu, varthur

Interview Mode: Virtual

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Weekly Off: Tuesday

Job Responsibilities

  • Acquire and onboard property owners onto the NoBroker platform.
  • Engage with sellers through outbound calls and lead follow-ups.
  • Explain NoBroker's products and premium subscription plans.
  • Verify property details and ensure accurate listings.
  • Drive premium sales and achieve monthly conversion targets.
  • Build strong relationships with property owners and provide timely support.
  • Maintain CRM records and coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Excellent communication and sales skills.
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Experience in Sales, banking sector, Field Sales or automobile is an added advantage.
