🔹 Candidate Requirements:✅ Minimum 2+ years of experience
✅ Building Materials Sales experience is Mandatory
✅ Experience in UPVC / Doors & Windows / Construction Materials is preferred
✅ Strong communication & negotiation skills
✅ Sales & target-oriented mindset
✅ Own bike is mandatory
✅ Willing to travel across Chennai
🔹 Job Responsibilities:✔️ Generate new sales leads
✔️ Meet Builders, Architects, Contractors & Dealers
✔️ Promote UPVC Doors & Windows
✔️ Conduct site visits
✔️ Handle customer enquiries & follow-ups
✔️ Convert leads into sales
✔️ Achieve monthly sales targets
✔️ Maintain good customer relationships
💰 SALARY: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 + INCENTIVES
