Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned locations to promote company products and services.
• Independently identify and generate 15–20 qualified leads per month through field visits, customer interactions, networking, and campaigns.
• Achieve a minimum of one successful conversion per month from the generated leads.
• Explain company products and services to potential customers and build strong customer relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Collect customer feedback and market information.
• Maintain daily reports of field visits, leads generated, and follow-ups.
• Support exhibitions, expos, and promotional activities.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Field Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Confident, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
• Willingness to travel locally for field visits.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone-based reporting.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
