Job Description
Job Role: Field Service Engineer
Location: Avadi, Chennai
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 0–3 years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / BE – EEE, ECE, E&I, Mechanical or related field
Responsibilities:
- Installation and commissioning of laser marking, laser cutting and laser welding machines
- Troubleshooting electrical, electronic and mechanical issues
- Preventive maintenance and breakdown service
- Customer-site visits and technical support
- Machine calibration and basic parameter setting
- Service report preparation after each visit
- Customer training for machine operation and basic maintenance
- Coordinate with the service team for spare-parts requirements
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of electrical/electronics
- Ability to read wiring diagrams
- Troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to travel to customer locations
- Good communication with customers
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
