Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable Field Supervisor to manage and oversee daily field operations. The candidate will coordinate field teams, ensure work quality and safety standards, and submit daily progress reports to management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Site Visits: Visit assigned sites daily to oversee field operations.
- Lead Allocation: Assign leads and daily tasks to the field team/staff.
- Client & Team Meetings: Attend daily/weekly client meetings and internal review meetings.
- Quality Check: Ensure field work meets quality and safety standards.
- Daily Reporting: Report daily work progress and updates to management.
