Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day financial transactions and record-keeping
Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and budgets
Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable/payable, and bank reconciliations
Assist in financial audits and compliance activities
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
Assist in financial planning and analysis
Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts receivable and payable.
Prepare and maintain financial reports, statements, and records.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation.
Handle invoicing, billing, and collections efficiently.
Maintain and update the accounting database and filing system.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Ledger Reconciliation with Debtors / creditors
Posting entries in tally
