GNM Nurse

Primary Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct home blood/sample collections as per scheduled appointments.
• Available for early morning shifts from 6:30 AM and flexible working hours.
• Perform safe venipuncture, sample collection, labeling, handling and storage.
• Provide polite and professional patient care, including support for elderly/anxious patients.
• Assist with registration, appointments, billing, reports and collection-center operations.
• Manage basic social media posts, updates, promotions and enquiries.
• Maintain center cleanliness, hygiene, biomedical waste procedures and stock supplies.
• Maintain accurate patient/sample records and coordinate with labs, doctors, patients and management.
• Follow all infection-control, safety and confidentiality procedures and support other day-to-day center activities.
• Valid nursing registration
• Blood sample collection / phlebotomy
• IV cannulation
• IM/IV injections
• Wound dressing
• Vital signs – BP, pulse, SpO₂, temperature
• ECG knowledge — preferably
• Patient preparation for ultrasound
• Basic emergency handling
• Medicine/pharmacy coordination
• Basic documentation & computer knowledge
