Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field visits, references, local market visits, and customer referrals.
  • Acquire new customers for Gold Loan products.
  • Visit prospective customers, traders, small businesses, and local communities to generate leads.
  • Explain gold loan products, eligibility, interest rates, documentation, and repayment options.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
  • Coordinate with the branch/credit team for KYC, valuation, documentation, and loan disbursement.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Achieve monthly lead generation, customer acquisition and gold loan disbursement targets.
  • Maintain daily activity and sales reports.
