The candidate should have a good eye for design, creativity, and the ability to deliver quality work within deadlines.

• Roles and ResponsibilitiesDesign creative posters, banners, brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
• Create social media posts, advertisements, and digital marketing creatives.
• Develop visual content for company promotions and recruitment campaigns.
• Design logos, business cards, presentations, and other branding materials as required.
• Edit images, videos, and other visual content when necessary.
• Coordinate with the marketing and HR teams to understand design requirements.
• Ensure all designs follow company branding guidelines.
• Make revisions based on feedback from the management team.
• Manage multiple design projects and complete tasks within deadlines.
• Stay updated with current graphic design trends and creative tools.
• Eligibility CriteriaEducation: Any degree, diploma, or certification in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Freshers with strong design skills and experienced candidates can apply.
• Software Skills: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, CorelDRAW, or other relevant design tools.
• Knowledge of social media design and digital marketing creatives.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and good time management.
• A portfolio showcasing previous design work is preferred.
