Head of Global Supply Chain Planning

About the Team

The Global Supply Planning team within ZF Aftermarket Division defines and governs the planning operating model across five global regions. Working through three strategic pillars, we partner with regional Supply Chain teams, IT, and divisional leadership to drive standardized, data-driven, and efficient planning processes worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead global S&OP/IBP processes, governance, and forecast improvement initiatives.
• Manage IBP planning tools, system enhancements, and analytics capabilities.
• Standardize MRP master data, inventory policies, and planning frameworks globally.
• Drive inventory optimization, supply risk management, and network design initiatives.
• Ensure regional compliance with planning standards while promoting continuous improvement.

Your Profile

• 16+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning and Analytics.
• Strong expertise in SAP planning, MRP, and IBP (or equivalent planning platforms).
• Deep understanding of demand, supply, inventory, MPS, and network planning.
• Proven success influencing and collaborating across global matrix organizations.
• Analytical, results-oriented, and skilled at leading change through data-driven decision making.
