About the team:

The Head of SCM & Customer Logistics is responsible for leading and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain and customer logistics operations to ensure superior customer service, operational excellence, inventory optimization, and cost efficiency. The role oversees demand planning, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, order fulfillment, customer logistics, and distribution while ensuring alignment with business growth objectives and customer expectations.

• Lead and execute end-to-end supply chain, customer logistics, and operational strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
• Drive demand planning, S&OP, inventory optimization, and asset utilization to ensure high customer service levels while minimizing working capital.
• Manage strategic sourcing, procurement, supplier performance, and commercial negotiations to achieve cost, quality, and service excellence.
• Oversee warehousing, distribution, and logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, safety, and network optimization.
• Lead customer order management and fulfillment processes to improve on-time delivery, fill rates, order cycle time, and customer satisfaction.
• Optimize transportation, freight, carrier, and 3PL management to achieve service excellence and cost efficiency.
• Develop and implement risk management, compliance, and business continuity strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions.
• Drive financial performance through KPI management, cost optimization, productivity improvements, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Build and lead high-performing teams by fostering collaboration, accountability, capability development, and cross-functional partnerships across Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Finance.

Your profile as Head of SCM & Customer Logistics:

• 20+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, or Operations.
• Minimum 9+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain and customer logistics operations.
• Experience in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
• Strong exposure to warehouse, transportation, and customer fulfillment operations.
