JOB TITLE: SERVICE COORDINATOR

Job Summary

We are looking for a Service Coordinator to coordinate service activities, customer requests, and field service engineers. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely service support and maintaining proper service records.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and schedule service calls for field service engineers.
• Receive and record customer complaints and service requests.
• Assign service calls to engineers based on location and technical requirements.
• Follow up with engineers on service status and ensure timely closure.
• Coordinate with customers regarding service visits, schedules, and updates.
• Maintain daily service reports, service records, and pending-call reports.
• Follow up on spare parts requirements and coordinate with the service team.
• Prepare and maintain service-related documents and reports.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Service, and Technical teams for smooth operations.
• Track pending service calls and escalate critical issues to the Service Manager.
• Maintain good communication with customers and ensure proper service follow-up.

Requirements

• Any Graduate / Diploma preferred.
• 0–3 years of experience in Service Coordination, Customer Support, or a similar role.
• Freshers with good communication and coordination skills can also apply.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
• Good follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
