Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HMC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating Horizontal Machining Centers, ensuring precision and efficiency in machining processes. The HMC Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining the machining centers to produce high-quality components according to specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 2-7 years of experience operating Horizontal Machining Centers in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and CNC programs.
  • Strong understanding of machining principles, tool selection, and material properties.
  • Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certification or vocational training in machining or CNC operations is preferred.
