Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to supervise housekeeping staff, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensure that all assigned areas are properly maintained according to company policies.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage housekeeping staff and allocate daily cleaning duties.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in offices, washrooms, common areas, corridors, and other assigned locations.
• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and work performance.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure cleaning standards are maintained.
• Ensure proper usage, storage, and availability of cleaning materials and equipment.
• Maintain housekeeping checklists, attendance records, and daily reports.
• Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, hygiene standards, and workplace safety.
• Handle client complaints and resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly.
• Coordinate with HR, administration, and facility management teams.
• Monitor staff productivity and ensure duties are completed on time.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, and shortages to the concerned department.

Required Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in housekeeping or facility management.
• Previous experience supervising housekeeping staff is preferred.
• Good communication and team-management skills.
• Ability to maintain records and prepare daily reports.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and hygiene standards.
