✅ Experience in bulk recruitment & staffing

✅ Strong candidate sourcing skills

✅ Experience hiring 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma candidates

✅ Good communication & follow-up skills

✅ Knowledge of job portals, social media & references

* End-to-end candidate sourcing & screening

* Handle bulk hiring requirements

* Coordinate interviews & follow-ups

* Ensure candidate joining & onboarding

* Achieve daily & monthly hiring targets
