HR Executive – Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviews and onboarding.
- Manage employee joining, documentation and exit formalities.
- Maintain attendance, leave, HRMS and employee records.
- Coordinate campus recruitment, walk-in drives and recruitment activities.
- Handle employee queries and HR-related coordination.
- Support training, employee engagement and HR initiatives.
- Maintain HR reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualification: MBA HR preferred
Experience: 1–3 years in HR & Recruitment
Skills: Good communication, recruitment skills, MS Office, HRMS knowledge and coordination.
