Job Title: HR Recruiter (Blue Collar & Industrial Staffing)

Reports To: HR Manager / Operations Head
Role Summary
- We are looking for a dedicated and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar, industrial, and manufacturing roles. You will play a critical role in sourcing, interviewing, and deploying candidates to meet our clients' critical manpower requirements, ensuring adherence to NAPS/apprenticeship guidelines and operational timelines.
- Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle for shop floor employees, machine operators, technicians, and general support staff.
- Volume Hiring: Efficiently handle bulk hiring requirements within strict timelines to meet urgent client requests.
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize a mix of traditional and modern sourcing channels:
- Conducting field recruitment drives and walk-in interviews.
- Leveraging job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.), employee referrals, and social media.
- Partnering with educational institutions (ITI, Diploma colleges) for apprenticeship programs.
- Candidate Management: Screen profiles, conduct interviews, manage candidate pipelines, facilitate offer negotiations, and oversee the onboarding process.
- Compliance & Administration: Ensure all recruitment practices comply with labor laws, NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme) guidelines, and internal company policies.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with hiring managers, plant heads, and department leads to understand workforce planning and immediate staffing needs.
- Reporting: Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and analytics for management review to optimize turnaround time (TAT).
- Qualifications & SkillsExperience: 2-4 years of proven experience in HR recruitment, specifically within manufacturing, industrial, or staffing sectors.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of blue-collar recruitment, industrial operations, and the hiring lifecycle for contract labor.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with strict deadlines.
