Job Description

Operate and maintain AHU, FCU, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Pumps, Exhaust Fans and Ventilation Systems.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of ACMV equipment.

Troubleshoot HVAC/ACMV system faults and attend breakdown complaints.

Check temperature, pressure, airflow, chilled-water circulation, and equipment performance.

Inspect and maintain filters, belts, bearings, valves, dampers, motors, and other components.

Identify refrigerant, electrical, mechanical, and control-related issues.

Maintain proper equipment operating parameters and energy efficiency.

Attend emergency breakdowns and restore equipment operation promptly.

Maintain daily logbooks, maintenance records, checklists, and breakdown reports.

Coordinate with supervisors and other technical teams for major repairs.

Follow site safety procedures, PPE requirements, and standard operating procedures.
