Job Description
Role- Instructional Designer
Skillset - Instructional Designer
Desired Experience Range- 3.5-12 Years
Location of Requirement - Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Bhubhaneswar, Chennai, Delhi,
Indore, Kochi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
· Knowledge about ID theories and models, such as ADDIE, ARCS, Blooms’ Taxonomy
· Hands-on experience in using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Whatfix, WalkMe, SAP EnableNow
· Should have recorded and edited simulations
· Create course design, storyboards, Work Instructions, Quick Reference guides
Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to get requisite information
