Kerala Jewellers is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Associates to assist customers, explain jewellery products, and drive counter sales. Candidates should have at least 2 years of jewellery sales experience, good convincing skills, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

• Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.

• Handle counter sales and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the counter remains organised.
• Assist with daily store operations and stock coordination.
• Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
• Provide a professional and helpful shopping experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Candidates with at least 2 years of jewellery sales experience.
• Good customer-handling and convincing abilities.
• Knowledge of jewellery products and retail sales.
• Ability to understand customer needs and achieve sales targets.
• Male and female candidates are welcome.

Salary & Incentives:

• Fixed Salary: ₹18,000–₹25,000 per month
• Incentives: ₹5,000+ based on performance
• Salary will depend on skills and experience.
