Job Description
Customer Service: Greet buyers warmly, identify their style preferences, and help them select gold, diamond, or silver pieces.
Product Knowledge: Explain product pricing, metal purity, stone weight, and certifications to build trust.
Sales Targets: Push for individual and team sales quotas by cross-selling and upselling matching items.
Stock Management: Count daily inventory, manage opening and closing stock records, and keep display counters clean and safe.
Billing and Offers: Inform buyers about ongoing discounts, seasonal promotions, and assist with simple billing or returns.
