Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, answer menu questions, provide recommendations, and handle feedback or complaints professionally.
  • Preparation: Prepare hot and cold beverages (coffee, espresso, tea, smoothies) and light food items according to recipes and food safety guidelines.
  • POS & Cash Management: Operate the point-of-sale (POS) register, process cash and digital payments accurately, and balance the drawer at shift changes.
  • Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain spotless counters, sanitize equipment (espresso machines, grinders, blenders), wash dishes, and keep the dining area tidy.
  • Inventory Support: Restock display cases, track supply levels, and notify managers of low inventory.
